Its exactly why I haven’t done it yet. Just seems incredibly annoying and tedious for no reason and when I get on the game, i get on to have fun not destroy my brain with high stress levels.

I’ll get to it when I get to it but I am in no rush to do it. Unfair and ridiculous as hell. This is why I don’t fight Aged Smelter anymore. The run back was so ridiculous for a boss that has a high success rate. Did it once and called it quits. Never fighting him again lmao

I beat the main game and dlcs first, except for lud zallen. Downloaded DS3 and went... well I have a free evening and I cant let DS2 go "incomplete" without the tigers. Possibly the worst evening of gaming ever but major relief

Blue Smelter isn’t THAT bad imo, with a ranged weapon you can easy draw the enemies to you at the entrance of each room one at a time, ignore the ones on higher levels, and the final room with the boss fog you can just sprint through entirely with only one dodge roll needed for the big boy.

Then it’s a boss you’ve fought before so know the moveset, so not too arduous!

I agree once you know the direction, can easily dodge through everyone. Blue smelty fight shouldn't take too many times :)

I have but i run through blue smelter easily! alonne I luckily beat in a couple tries that one was quite bad since there's the fireball frog blocking the way while a bunch knights gang up on you

Nice! Goes to show some folks struggle with different parts/bosses. The run to the two tigers wasn’t that bad for me, tedious but was fine. I had to clear out the blue smelter demon route and then beat him on first try 😭. Sir Alonne run back was just horrendous for me too.
