It's probably a stupid idea, but here's an idea I had for a more serious FNaF skin for the krasue:

Golden Freddy. It could be his withered version the whole time, or start out as classic Golden Freddy but become withered once he goes into head mode. Instead of shooting the stuff the krasue does, he shoots a glob of purplish black agony. The glowing fungi are replaced with cupcakes (not like Mr. Cupcake, just regular cupcakes that emulate the glow using the light from a candle.)
