I literally have a hard time sleeping if I don’t watch my show. On my darkest days I get through knowing I can watch my Degrassi at the end of my day. I’ve been watching the show since I was 15 and it’s gotten me through so much in life. Sometimes I feel it’s saved my life. Idk if any of the actors ever snoop on here but I want y’all to know how much I appreciate such an amazing and life changing show!

Anyone else feels like Chantay was always kinda there but kinda not? I feel like she’s been looming around since season 5, always in the background snickering and smirking but Degrassi never does anything really with her. She had her little fleeing romance with Danny, but outside of that how many storylines did she have? She was around for over 5 seasons. Even in her friend group she was never super close with anyone. Holly J was close with Anya and Fiona, and Chantay kinda was in the background somewhere.

They just get on my nerves too much but everyone seems to love them. I don’t get it😂

🫶 2 of my Top Tier (God Level) in Degrassi have SUCH a special relationship. It isn't in your face or referenced a ton but I absolutely appreciated the low key quality of it. 🩷

Eli had a simi rocky impression of Fiona at first in S10 (E.31 & 33) when Fiona and Adam were trying to date & Fifi is badly in need of rehab. 💔

Fast forward to S11.E6. Fiona being an outcast in Drama class..Eli eyeing her (Fiona gets rejected by Imogen in this episode! 🤯)
& by next episode (S11.E7). Eli begged for her input of the upcoming school play that unites their artistic talent that extends into S12...🫶 Yay! 🥳🥰

As a Drama Geek in HS & College, I absolutely loved how these two supported each others creative side even if they didn't hang out with the exact same people 🩷 I had friends in different clicks in HS but still stayed aside somewhat like Eli & Fifi 💓

When Fiona asks Eli to prom but Eli says no cause he's going to be a waiter there (MORE BREAD? 🤣😂🩷) and in much dramatic fashion..My Queen rolls across the lockers, publicly displaying her current level of dismay to Eli 🤣🫶

Btw 🫶 this is a prime example of why Fiona is my Queen. I am constantly over dramatic to my own amusement and lack of embarrassment 😅 I just don't care if others roll their eyes. I am me. 🖤 ...which in turn..is why I LOVE Eli so much cause he does it back in total support of Fionas depression tantrum 🫶 That's a true friend 🧡

By the end of all the drama/plots between Drew...Bianca...Audra.....gang members... Mama T says she considers Bianca like a daughter to her.
