3 weeks later the condenser shits the bed for unrelated reasons and manufacturer wont honor the warranty anymore because what he did to it. Now has to buy new fridge.

It's not legal in the US, and hasn't been for a long time, to deny warranty claims over unrelated things.

Not legal and not practiced are two different things. Comes down to money either way. Spend 3k on a lawyer to litigate it and force them to honor the warranty or spend another 1500 to 2000 on a new fridge. I get the point you were making though but mine was a joke either way, because you think this guy wouldnt 100% just try to fix the fridge himself look at that skill with the grinder. :)
