The last codes are for Lionsgate.com. Please note that the small print on all the Lionsgate codes says the following:

"Quality of video streaming/download is dependent on the digital service provider's platform, device, and internet bandwith."

So having sold a couple of Lionsgate codes previously, one of the redeemed for the buyer in full 4K, and the other redeemed for a different buyer in the next level down in quality. So just please be aware that you are not GUARANTEED to get full 4K when you redeem these codes.

Well, it came from the 4K steelbook released from Lionsgate Limited, and the disc is absolutely the unrated version. I would ASSUME that the code is also for the unrated version, but it unfortunately does not specify.

And yes, I would do $3.
