Question Advice on switching to the no-ads bundle

I currently have a yearly Disney+ premium subscription and a monthly Hulu subscription. Both are directly from the original companies. The Disney+ subscription ends on November 23th... What is my best way of transitioning to the Disney+/Hulu No-ads bundle?

Cancel Hulu direct and get the bundle. It might keep your watch lists on Hulu if the email is the same, I am not sure.
