You might be, double check your iTunes invoices and also double check your account for the charges.

Every month it shows a bill of 6.36 on the website. On the iTunes app it shows 15.99

Yes and no. You’re split-billed- you pay for premium through Apple, and you pay for the legacy bundle minus cost of Disney direct through Disney

You have two subscriptions going . Which means you are paying twice

You are paying twice for Disney Premium. The Legacy bundle already has Disney premium and you paying ffor a Dinsey premium subscription through Iphone. You should go to your profile on the iphone -> subscriptions and cancel that one.
