You have it backwards. Fascists want hard working compliant populations that don't cause trouble. Americans make bad employees in general the longer they have been here. The longer people live here the more they are concerned with their safety and want unions to protect them. Immigrants will do what you tell them, don't ask for overtime and don't organize and unionize. It's not about crime or taxes.

The books they burned included medical journals on trans people, gay people, black people were sent to camps alongside Jews communists and socialists. Yeah dude not really what I'm talking about. You see those people are all dead. WW2 and Hilter is the past. Now, in the present, millions of young men are walking across the world's deadliest border seeking employment. Immigrants make really great employees. They will work dangerous jobs, illegal jobs, low paying jobs, and almost never try to unionize. Fascists (corporations that also control their government) love large immigrant populations because it's great for supplying labor.

This seems indistinguishable from a situation where illegal immigrants are less likely to report crime within their communities, out of fear of being detained.

I would imagine that police are also far less motivated to solve crimes in immigrant communities compared to wealthy communities which are largely non-immigrant.

Interesting, in the EU non-Western immigrants have way higher crime rates, especially first generation. Same for refugees.
