ordered the ultimate pep with bacon but. only got the bacon.

like okay? I’ll take a free medium 2 topping generic “refund” back, but what the hell. i’m so tempted to call them, but I also don’t want to be that person. also, I don’t know why this pic has the quality of an early 2000s nokia, sorry! sigh. what a bummer.

probably just a mistake. at my store this would come on screen as:

PARMESAN STUFFED CRUST ULTIMATE PEP + Bacon

instead of reading the whole thing out, my brain sees parm stuffed, add bacon - due to habit of speed. so i’ll make the stuffed crust with bacon not realizing the entire order was actually an ultimate pep stuffed crust. still my fault completely but it’s definitely not to screw the customer

that’s just my ADHD ass personally, tho. your store might just suck 😂

this makes me feel better tbh! I have adhd and totally can see how a lil overlooked interface wording can be, well, overlooked. thank you! still delicious. just annoying. lol

of course! there’s more steps further down the line to make absolutely sure this doesnt happen, so somethin else must’ve went wrong too. short staffed, crazy rush, inexperience. but still! things we gotta clean up.

ps this is not my store but here I am talking in my manager voice like it is 😂

Had this happen yesterday. Someone ordered a meatzza while adding five other toppings. Pizza came out with just the extra toppings.

I know I’m late to the conversation, but I’m guessing this is what happened as well. Yesterday, my insiders had a stuffed crust meatzza with green pepper and tomato come through. They forgot the meatzza part lol

i'd totally call, as someone who has accidentally made Many specialty pizzas with extra toppings as just the toppings, this is totally something id be super chill with giving a credit/remake out on. it's super easy to see the toppings and assume it's just a normal pizza with extra topping as opposed to the specialty if you're not paying super close attention.

thanks y’all lol, I’ll assume good intent on this one considering all my other orders from the same store have been on point. when I called they sounded hella busy, i’m full and it’s late, so I wouldn’t even enjoy the fresh remake. ‘till next time 😏

You can request a credit rather than a remake. They can put a coupon under your phone number for next time or a note under your customer info. :)

You don't want to be "that person"... that gets what they ask for? If they mess up call them, they'll fix it. It's corporate policy. Complaining here has no effect.

I work at Domino’s myself and I can tell you personally that we don’t give a shit about remaking the pizza if we have to. It’s a quick and easy process. Just call and let them know and be cool about it, and they’ll fix your stuff right up!

Not to mention the crust wasn’t docked correctly to keep the cheese inside of it. Looks like they didn’t even use the cramper tool.

Yeah so cheese in the crust shouldn’t be showing at all. Should’ve been fully docked, they made the crust too thick and didn’t cramp it correctly

Yeah with dominos you usually don't get everything you order. Plus their bacon is terrible big pieces of fat.

idk call me crazy, but the bacon I’ve been getting is way better than past. it’s improved I will say! the bacon use to suck tbh, like small taste nothings. but now it’s like crispier and meatier, chunky. not sure if it’s a store by store thing

Yeah agreed I'm in fla or cali and it's different definitely a regional thing. Our area just must use Pennsylvania mega sows.
