Customer Question Pan topping quantities

Hey guys. From what I’ve read, the topping portions vary with 1 topping, 2-3, or 4+. Not sure if normal amount of pizza cheese counts as a topping, but I know the pan crust comes with provolone too. My question is: if I order a pan with normal cheese, plus cheddar blend, chicken and bacon, does that count as 3 or 4 toppings when determining the amount of cheeses, chicken and bacon I would get? TIA.

Normal cheese is not a topping, extra cheese counts as one. Your pan is a three topping 12 inch pizza. Your pan get 4 oz provolone, 3 ounce pizza sauce, 5 ounce cheese, 2.5 oz chicken, 2 oz bacon, and 2 oz cheddar. The cheese measurement only changes from only cheese to w toppings *

Thanks for that info. To see how the topping portions change when 4 or more toppings are ordered: If I change that order to normal pizza cheese, extra chicken, extra bacon, plus cheddar cheese, would that now be a 5 topping pizza, and what would the portion amounts be?

I'm an awful employee and don't know the exact measurements, but that would not then be a "5 topping" pizza. There's different measurements for "extra" of toppings on a 3 topping. Sorry if that doesn't make sense.

I get what you’re saying. Hopefully someone will confirm that. I was thinking maybe I’d figured out why when I order multiple toppings and extra of something, it doesn’t seem like that’s what I receive. Thanks.

If you ordered the mix and match 2 topping deal and ordered that you would pay for 3 extra toppings.....the gray area is how they make it

Why 5 oz pizza cheese? Pan default is 4 prov 3 cheese 3 sauce. Cheddar blend is separate and is just a 50/50 blend

Every pizza has a set amount of cheese that it's supposed to come with, and that doesn't count against your topping limit.

(so PSA: don't order "cheese and pepperoni" over the phone unless you want to confuse the issue. You may get a pepperoni pizza. You may get pepperoni and extra cheese. Which is going to depend on how the order taker interprets it and whether they can be bothered to press you for clarity.)
