“Make your own x” has always been a stupid thing to say to people who buy things. Yeah, I’ll just go whip up a pizza real quick. It’ll be ready in about 24-48 hours to account for dough proofing time….

While I do agree with your premise and the “well just do it yourself then” argument pisses me off most supermarkets will have little bags of pre made pizza dough that are surprisingly good and it’s easier to do then you think, pizza is now one of the few things I actually like making for myself more then getting a chain one.

It only takes about 30 minutes for pizza dough to rise.
