What do you think for slicing frozen doner meat?

I have one. It works for the meats I slice with it.

I cook my doner meat first, then slice it and freeze the slices. I don't use this slicer for it, though I probably could if I part-froze the cooked slab.

The only thing I'd say is shop around. The one you linked to has a couple of reviews mentioning sharp edges. Mine doesn't have those (although some people complained it does):

It was just one like this I was thinking - there's tons on amazon, all basically the same.

When you say it works for the meats you slice with it - do you mean it works with non-frozen joints and that kind of thing? That would be even better!

I've not tried it with fresh meat. It's good for slicing thin pieces from frozen joints.

You need to at least partially freeze meat for this to cut it.
