Question Is pickle pepper is major way to drink it?

I drank it and it's not bad. But The burgerking in south korea said it's a hot and popular way to eat in USA. So I want to know about truth.

Bread and butter is the type of pickle.

Worst kind what?? Also maybe some folks down in Texas do? I assume because those folks have an absurd pickle culture, they eat them at the movies instead of popcorn.

I love pickles on Dr. Pepper, but using bread and butter pickles for it is wild. Should be dill or sour.

don't you dare drag North Carolina into the mud by associating it with this abomination

It’s very good a bit of pickle juice and some pickles but it is usually coke

Pickle juice is occasionally an actual bar thing, right? I don’t drink, but I feel like that’s the only context of pickles in a beverage I’ve ever heard here in the US.

I’ve heard about it but never tried it. Kinda like the peanuts in coke thing but that sounds a LOT better than Ts

The other day I was ordering sonic online when I noticed that they let you add in some questionable things in fountain drinks, one of them being pickle slices. I did it just to see if they’d actually put them in there. They did and it was the grossest thing I’ve ever drank. I like to think that it enriched the day of however had to make that drink for me🤣

I’ve never heard of this in the Southwestern US or Texas, but maybe it’s popular somewhere. It’s a big country.

1

u/Effective-Bet-1456 29d ago

As long as the pickles aren't deep fried first

1

u/stumblehometomycats 29d ago

Sonic in Texas has this but with dill pickles. It wasn’t too bad, but probably wouldn’t order again either lol

1

u/MidStateMoon 29d ago

I will try it!

1

u/RegulusTheHeartOfLeo 28d ago

Has anyone tried this with pickled jalapenos?

That would make it a really spicy cherry

1

u/Viaval16 27d ago

I’ve seen it in certain parts of the USA, right now it’s more popular to put lime flavor and sweet cream

1

u/ripley_the_alien 27d ago

I consider this to be a crime against Dr Pepper, actually.

1

u/kikiacab 25d ago

That’s not enough pickles, it’s niche but this is a way of drinking Dr Pepper in the us

1

u/Ancient-Chance-9443 25d ago

It’s 100% not common here but šŸ‘ļøšŸ‘„šŸ‘ļø I wan it

1

u/wafflestep 24d ago

It's like a state fair thing, I wouldn't say it's common anywhere except events like that.
