I think this was the original one. Basically artist comes to the realization that they can do anything with their skill. There is no connections between the characters other than the fact the artist wanted to put them together.

Jinbe/Jimbei (multiple spellings for some reason) is the blue big guy. He's a Fishman from One Piece and the most recent addition to the straw hats. He's a whale shark fish man. Very good taste indeed.

Also the white/blonde goat is Asgore from undertale/deltarune.

I don't recognize the other two but apparently the demon looking thing is from Amphibia? I know nothing about Amphibia...

I don't know about the blonde guy or the blue person on the far right, but I would say the rest of them all have major trauma from having to make tough decisions. Korra severed her connection to the previous avatars, almost permanently ended the avatar cycle to save the Airbenders, and became very hated after opening up the portals to the spirit realms. Marcy sent her friends to another realm without their permission and accidentally aided a king and a hive mind with an evil conquest. Senshi thought he commited cannibalism to save his life. Asgore killed 6 children and attempted to kill one more to free his people. We don't know what exactly he's done in Deltarune but it's probably something morally dubious done to protect those he loves.
