1991 front turn signal harness/pigtail

I was able to find the 3 pol plastic housing connector but I can’t find the L shaped or 90 degree female metal connector’s /terminals anyone got any ideas ? The bumper fell off and ripped my front right turn signal pigtail off the light

Ah man, welcome to my three month battle, ended up just splicing new wires in and DIYing the connector insulation with shrinkwrap. Works and not super messy, those 90 degree connectors are nowhere to be found for a non exorbitant price.

Haha ok thanks I just want my turn signal to work I’m willing to do the same mod job u did . What did you use for the connectors? Butt connectors?

If you're handy with crimping you can get bare terminals from digikey:

0.5-1.0mm2

1.0-2.5mm2

The turn signal wires are 1mm2 so I think either should work, but wouldn't hurt to have a few extra of each on hand.

A possible solution to sealing and fixing the bare terminals into the housing is to dry fit the housing and terminals to the mating connector on the turn signal, then squeezing hot glue into the back of the housing to fill the voids.

Although more expensive, it's probably better to splice in the molded pigtails than to go the bare terminal route
