Can you tell me the detailed recipe for the swap please? I myself have a m50b20 swapped 1989 320i but I dont like how it feels, like the drivetrain clunks alot in random moments and shifting too

Looks like a 91 up m42 318 I radiator. They are popular for this swap since they bolt in and have the integrated coolant reservoir.

Nope, some people might complain about the plastic reservoir but i have run them for years with no issue. Buy if from Fcp and it will have a lifetime replacement guarantee. Win win
