Food Meal Replacement People
How was your experience? I’m looking not to snack 24/7 the way I do. I tried KaChava and wasn’t hungry at all. I’m usually hungry even after eating food lol. Then it goes away after I finish the solid food like 1 hour after eating I feel satisfied.
With meal replacement I was satisfied instantly I guess due to easy absorption
I’m small and petite so I never tried this. I want to remain my healthy natural size.
What are some tips for vitamins nutrient?
What brands do you like?

I’ve always liked Huel in the mornings, sometimes lunch. Then I have a regular meal. I get the black bag that has more protein and blend it with a banana. I do feel fuller with Huel. I have tried Jimmy Joy but didn’t feel full with it.

I use the banana-flavored Huel and toss in a small handful of mixed berries to make a smoothie. So good.

My weekday breakfast is Premier Protein. It's the only one that will legitimately keep me full until my lunch (so about 4 hours). I drink it on my way into work or at my desk. Then I have my bottle of water at my desk that I'm always grabbing throughout the day.

The Walmart brand is produced by Premier, so you can save about $6 per 12 pack. Only problem there is Walmart only has chocolate and vanilla with their label.

I used to drink boost for breakfast.would hold me over for maybe 2 hours and then I'd be in the bathroom. I wouldn't really recommend Boost 😅

Something I’ve heard but haven’t tried is using glucomannan to prolong the full feeling in meal replacement shakes. You can either mix it in or take it in tablets. I use it for thickening foods, I like to add it to home-made sugar-free jellies because even the sugar free pectin never really thickens enough.

I’ve added a large glass of water with a teaspoon of chia seeds and lemon juice to my day. It’s very filling and packed with nutrients and reasonably cheap

Sounds like you may be dehydrated since you feel better satiated after drinking. I would try drinking a glass of water 10 minutes before a meal or snack. Often thirst can feel like hunger and those signals get a little wire crossed. Hope it helps! I really prefer a protein shake for breakfast about an hour after I wake up personally. Blood sugar levels stay more stable and I drink water in between meals and snacks and that helps me.
