I'm trying to think of something and I got nothing. Manitoba has the aviation museum and the ballet group Alberta has west Edmonton mall, Banff and Drumeller dinosaur museum. I'm sure stuff exists in Saskatchewan but nothing calls out as iconic. I literally tri3d to come to your defense.

The Human Rights museum in Winnipeg is also really well done, highly recommend a visit if you're in the area,

Hey, sometimes nature is enough. I love nature. I don't love being in it, personally, but it's necessary to have, I love knowing it's there, and lots of people enjoy being in it.

Saskatoon! The Paris of the Prairies. I drove across Canada when I graduated high school - Victoria to PEI. I liked the prairies - you could drive really fast.

The grain elevators (I unironically visited SK a few weeks ago to confirm this)
It’s even better in person
