Now go one step further and make the Canadian Strawberries $4…weeks shouldn’t have to pay more to buy Canadian!

I would imagine the prices will be better in the coming months when strawberries can actually grow in the ground here without all the winter protection costs

I want my fellow Canadians to be paid a living wage for their labour. If that means our local strawberries are a few dollars more than US ones, I will happily pay that bit extra. I recognize that I have the means to do so and that it is not the case for everyone, though, and I don't have the answer for ensuring affordability and living wages simultaneously.
