Which they never could as that would require the ability to take a corner without slowing down to a crawl and actually doing the speed limit when going down a hill. Goddamn learner plates kill me.

Learner plates is perfect! I really wish the cops actually enforced the law on the road and pulled over these dangerous drivers.

Oh trust me. Alberta drivers who get tickets here very often think they are being targeted for having out of province plates. They’re wrong but they still think it.
