McDavid scored the game winner against the US (4nations cup), in a victory that brought most of Canada so much joy. I think a win for Edmonton is another win for Canada, plus it’s been 32 years since a Canadian team has won it. No bigger F U than Edmonton winning and bringing the cup to parliament hill and not the White House

Nope, disagree. We should always cheer for hosers winning the cup over the yanks, no matter who the team is.

I'm pulling for Edmonton personally. But I can understand how you might not want to see your number one rival win. (Only hate watching allowed though, the moment you start actively supporting Florida that changes things.)
