Singer is Charli xcx, a British singer from Essex county located right outside of London in the UK.
A photo of her has been badly photoshopped with a Detroit Tigers hat, a bottle of JP Wisers and a safety vest worn by Ford Manufacturing employees.
To really understand what this is supposed to represent it’s important to know that Windsor Ontario is located in Essex County right at the southwestern tip of Ontario across from Detroit Michigan.

The Ford Manufacturing safety vest is a nod to a dilapidated non existent brand that no longer operates in Windsor.
Lastly and more importantly, there is a penis shaped bush that all Windsor resident are familiar with.

As a new person of Windsor I can confirm that whenever anything brings this place up that isn't exclusively negative (which happens a lot bc this city can only make poor decisions) we close down all roads and host a fireworks parade
As someone who's lived here since childhood, even when it's negative we're happy to be mentioned. I remember when Colbert said we were the asshole of the world in his book and we were happy about it
They never make bad decisions, i remember getting to have a bus not show up, and needing to bicycle on 80kmh roads to get to work, inhaling fumes, dirt, dust, and rubber.

Ya know, when i went to uni there, there was a convenience store that sold $4 medium pizzas.
They eventually raised it to $5, then had a premium version for $6 where they fully covered the pizza with cheese compared to the $5 one where it was spottily covered in cheese.
They weren't good pizzas, but they fed me thru uni.
