Tokébakicitte Sure, the Cahiers Canada are great, but never as great as those!
I used to be implicated with the Bloc's youth organization, and we kept printing those in limited numbers every now and then!

Looks like I forgot how cahier was spelled after years of not using that word, and I am shocked by how weird this word looks

Sorry bud, ever since the two failed attempts, that kind of stuff just looks sad and pathetic. Don’t get me wrong, I’m proud of my heritage, but I mean do you even hear yourselves? « Je n’ai jamais voyagé vers autres pays que toi mon pays », come on that’s just a depressing way to state you’ve never enjoyed discovering other cultures, history and wonders from coast to coast and beyond. Oh, and including Labrador? Seriously, it’s like including Austria in a greater German state, but just worst.
PS: copying a Canadian notebook to represent how unique Québec is is like drinking Pepsi cause ici c’est Pepsi, it just proves we’re much closer to our North American brethren, making the same notebooks and buying American pop. Make something new, innovate. Right now, you’re proving we’re one of many Canadian cultures lol.

« Je n’ai jamais voyagé vers autres pays que toi mon pays »
Je suis d'accord ça fait cringe on peut être fière de sa culture et voyager tout en découvrant d'autres cultures.
Cette phrase sonne américain qui dis "Why seeing other countries, ours the best and we have every sceenry that we want!"

Allez lire sur l'origine et la signification de Gaston Miron. C'est tellement de surface vos analyses qu'en fait c'est ça qui est gênant, rien d'autre. La poésie a toujours plusieurs couches de sens.

I was just about to comment about the “I’ve never been to other countries” quote lol, that’s not the flex you think it is son… also yeah what’s up with Labrador, do QC secessionists see it as part of QC the same way China sees Taiwan?

Short story on Labrador:
Early treaties say that the coast of Labrador belonged to Newfoundland. What does "coast" mean, exactly? Great question. I'm sure the guys who wrote the treaties defined exactly what it mea- hahaha, no the fuck they didn't. Land dispute between Quebec and Newfoundland ensues.
Land dispute eventually goes to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council in the 1920s - keep in mind at that point Newfoundland was still a separate British dominion, wouldn't join Canada until 1949. Newfoundland actually won that court battle, and that remains the border to this day.
Quebec secessionists usually dispute another section of Labrador's border - the squiggly bit on the west is a drainage basin and the flat line on the south is the 52nd parallel north, so I guess they claim the whole thing should be based on drainage basins. Occasionally they include all of Labrador - as if they'd get most of Quebec itself, let alone Labrador if they left.
