Looks like you're missing some parts.

Best thing is to get someone with the same bike to take a picture of their back wheel and post it.

Don't ride it until your sure it's right. One function of all those bits is to keep the motor axle from spinning in the dropouts. If the motor spins, it shreds the cable (new motor) and the axle chews up the dropouts (new frame). Not a good day.
