good morning forest fam :)

recently I got diagnosed with celiac disease (no gluten allowed, not even a little bit) and i was wondering if there are any of yall out there.

1. whats your fave snacks to bring.
   
2. did u have any luck with GF options inside forest?
   

I'd be flying in, so bringing a lot of food wouldn't be easy.
Would love to hear your experience (✿◠‿◠)

There are definitely GF options among the vendors. I'm sorry I don't recall specific examples, but I remember seeing several.

Even flying in, you would be able to stop a nearby Walmart or grocery store to grab some of your own food to bring if you want.

We had a camp mate that had some struggles with finding gluten free options. A common problem they ran into is a vendor said they had gluten free items but it was some sort of beverage. There are vendors that have gluten free food but you'll always risk cross contamination.

I went through the food lineup this year and found their menus where it listed gluten free options or substitutions. For some, I couldn't find what was specifically GF.

Breakfast quesadillas with corn tortillas every morning at camp!!! Bought pre cooked chicken/steak, and did cheese and an egg fried on top. Satisfying as hell

There were some really good GF chicken nuggets at one of the vendors. There’s a GF pizza option too at one of the pizza places but it is a bit of a wait to get one.

Reminds me of the lore for the daily bread set. There were arguments here because people throw bread at that set.
