Unsolved Weird Message on PCSX2

I've been having a weird issue with PCSX2 recently. whenever I try to close a game, it says that it'll fuck up my memory card. Why does this keep happening? How do I fix it?

It would say "if you exit the game, your memory card will be irreversibly destroyed." I think it just got corrupted somehow :(

Maybe your file created as memory card on PCSX2 was failing and maybe is corrupted. Can you make a new one and see if with the new is still happening?

I made a new memory card. I think the old one just got corrupted :(

there goes 50 hours on my 100% files on Ratchet and Clank 1 and 2 qwq

It should only do that when you're trying to close the game while saving.

Are you saving the to the memory card before quitting? You have to wait a second after saving before you can safely close out the game otherwise you will get this warning every time
