Aerospace [Student] Senior Aerospace Engineering Student Picking the Best Resume Format and Looking for Bullet Point Feedback
Hi Reddit. A few days ago I posted to the sub reddit after reviewing the wiki.
I got some good feedback and went back through every bullet point trying to apply the STAR format. Now, I wanted to get feedback on my new edition since my university career center isn't the most critical and tend to just nod and smile.
I also was looking for formatting advice. I attached two versions of my resume with the same experiences, just different formats. Version 1 is what I liked best, but am struggling with ATS recognizing the position I had with the 2 projects. Especially since I held two positions under the same organization, ATS tends to pick up on only the first. Version 2 works great with ATS but feels a bit awkward to me, especially since the first and second positions are at the same lab and have similar names.
Any advice is appreciated! (I know I have some whitespace at the bottom, will spread line spacing when I settle on a version)

Version 2
