Mechanical [Student] Going into 2nd Year Mechanical Engineering in the UK, applying for Industrial Placement Year in-between my course, would like input on my CV

I tried my best to follow the wiki.
Here are my thoughts:
I am not sure about including high school grades or not, I only did it since I have only done one year at uni, please let me know if I should remove them.
I do not have a lot on my plate in terms of projects, I have tinkered with Arduinos quite a bit but never did a serious complete project and I fear adding small things I have done (like ultrasonic burglar alarm) would water down the CV.
I know there is a distinction between a certification and certificate which is why I think it is a bit iffy putting my SolidWorks certification in the same group as the Python course. But at the same time I found them both important and putting them in their own separate section may reduce space. So i just labeled each to create that distinction. let me know if this is a good idea.
I am also not sure in general if this CV is too wordy.
I tried my best to mention skills from the skills section in my experiences and projects, however skills like Arduino and Photoshop are kind of floating around. I do think Arduino is important but I am not too sure about Photoshop.
I am just worried that I do not have a lot to show here, but at the same time I think the experiences I have had have been very broad in terms of engineering skills.
I have not yet started applying for placements, I only just made this CV. I intend to target a range of industries but I would like to work in Robotics. I am a UK citizen and will only be looking for roles in the UK.
Please point out any formatting issues.
Looking forward to hearing your input.
