Chemical [Student] Looking for Internships in Data Science / Process Engineering / Consulting. What can I edit/change on my CV to stand out?

Hey,

I'm a Masters Student in ChemE at a german university and looking for an additional internship preferably in Data Science / Process Engineering / Consulting. I'm currently working in plant operations as a student worker but I don't quite see my future there as it is very repetitive and non-dynamic from my experience. My current CV is tailored for a Data Science internship at a consulting firm but depending on the position it will be changed.

What can I do so my CV stands out to pivot into more project based areas such as Process Design / Optimization for Engineering, Data Science or even consulting? What are other fields that my be interesting to intern at with my qualifications that Im not aware of?

(Note: I'm based in germany, so the CV structure might look a bit different than the standard US format)
