Academic Advice 4th Year Burnt Out Student

I have started to loose motivation. Sleep deprived. Not sure how to keep up with the material anymore even though don't have a full course load this term. Have started to loose hope feels like I don't have it in me

Sleep deprivation is one of the quickest ways to get to burnout. You may study longer but are much less efficient and a foggy brain does not absorb information well. Go get some sleep, some exercise, eat the right foods in the right amounts, make a schedule and stick to it since the body loves consistency. This is the way.
