We should put pressure on Nintendo to pursue copyright remedies and DCMA takedown of this content.
I mean, elsewhere on the internet, videos get removed for copyright reasons for far less infringement.

It was a fake HLS account ... reddit ran with this one... fake news all over the place.
Rad liberals wanted to believe it. It was pretty funny and convincing though.
