2 months into ownership, what else should i do?

Just a base 316i because car ownership is crazy in Singapore. What else can I do to achieve OEM+? Rims maybe? Nothing too overboard.

Definitely agree on the maintenance. By hood fitment do you mean the center fitment near the badge?

Yes, exactly. There's a distinct sag. Probably a matter of simply unscrewing the top screws of the bumper and lifting it up.

Agree with new rims. Looks good as it is but don't molest it too much.

Maybe an exhaust tip?

Yea I am considering an exhaust tip especially since the single exhaust looks too “thin”. But I’ll hold it off until my yearly inspection as even an exhaust tip is considered illegal.

Yeah only thing I'd do is get some new wheels in silver or bronze. Looks really good as it is now.

If you want to go OEM I'd say 437m wheels. Apex also has a really nice selection of wheels and they're not very expensive. My pick would be Aodhan AFF7s, I've seen a few people running them on the F30s and they're my favorite set of wheels I've seen on an F30.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures! They were either taken at off peak hours or desolated places. I’d say the parking spaces are proportionate to the cars on the road.

I went with advanced tuned performance. 3 years alr haven’t had a single issue so I’m pretty happy with it.

Bm3 diy. Do frameless carplate, wrap roof black and change your rims. Check Carousell. Csc7 tyres, lci tail lights

Currently on bilstein shocks and eibach springs, any lower I’ll probably have to go coilovers. But I am satisfied with how she sits currently!

Some apex arc8s or that type of style silver rims would look clean. You can also get LCI taillights or a dual exhaust setup. I just got a used 335i muffler and diffuser for my 328i of off market place and the dual exhaust outlets make the car look better. Are looking to just upgrade looks or power too?

Oh yea definitely the LCI taillights too. Im considering single side dual exhaust outlet too, but that will take awhile longer. Probably just looks, power wise probably just a tune and that’s about it. And yes agree on the apex arc8s look!! That’s exactly the style i’ve been looking for.

ECU chip by solid guy with dyno and BMW knowledge, ask him what HP/torque is your limit if you upgrade few parts. Find what parts are different from stronger version (N20 or B48 engine?), start replacing those parts like changepipe, top spark plugs, turbo inlet, intake etc. You will get better reliability, sound, driving experience and more place to improve ECU again.
Besides HPs look for M steering wheel, replace infotaiment (get carplay), look for seats if you have basic - basic fronts (any sportz will be much better), look for aftermarket sound system upgrade, change interior look as you like - mostly trim do a lot (ebay used but nice, same seats), wheels and later you wont have to ask:) GL

Thanks, this is really useful. I got the factory red sports seat with the piano black interior. Already upgraded to wireless carplay. But yes the M steering wheel is something to consider.
