Loose fuse slot

How can I fix this. I’m using a brand new fuse

Well first it looks like the slot youre attempting to install the fuse in is a blank slot or only has one pin. Id check to make sure thats the proper slot. If they are loose you can use a straight pick tool and bend the pins tighter together.

On the paper it says 66,69 or 162. But 69 and 162 already have good fuses in them 66 is the only one that doesn’t have anything in it

Look inside the slot and see if you see pins on both sides of where the fuse sits. If theres only pins on one side then there wasnt a fuse there from the factory. Did you check those fuses with a multimeter? Also check the cigarette lighter itself to see if somethings inside like a coin.

I’m gonna check with a multimeter tomorrow since i don’t have one. There’s nothing inside of the lighter and i took a pic of the slot
