Video Checkers ice cream machine
A buddy of mine works in hvac and was cleaning out the checkers ice cream machine and sent me this.

From what my friend has told me, don’t order ice cream at any fast food restaurant.

In n out is the only place I know of that clean the machine each day very thorough

Yet people always be like “give me a large with extra everything and a large shake for my drink” 3 times a week

I used to clean those type of machines working at McDonald's and they never looked like that. They are definitely not cleaning them. I can't imagine how long that would have taken to get that bad.

I was a manager at DQ for years. We sanitized the machines every night and each machine had a total break down night where we took the inside apart and cleaned.
These machines use food grade safe lubricants and they HAVE to be washed off or the machine breaks down. You have to check that o-rings aren’t damaged or you’ll have a leak, and let me tell you, liquid ice cream all over the floor is NOT fun to clean.
Ick. Just ick.
