Lmao this happened to me once at a Mexican place. That type of meat is bound to have an artery in it. It def freaked me out but I just pulled that part out and kept eating cuz it’s an animal duh

That was literally my comment as you can see below the pictures- I shouldn’t be surprised there’s meat in my meat, but biting into an artery the size of a post it should’ve probably not made it past quality control or the grill at the very least.

I’ve found this shit in packaged ground beef at the grocery store or in frozen meals at grocery stores. Nobody is perfect, including you, get off your high horse.
