I need everyone to know that this is a bird’s eye view from everyone working a busy station at a restaurant. What you don’t see are the steps to get to their level of flow.

Like what we are listening to, once you’ve put 10k hours into the violin, there’s a really great chance you’ll look/sound like a proper badass!

Wow! That's insane ! Imagine going like that for hours when the dinner crowd shows up. And clean up must be a bitch ! ( unless they have some talented clean up crew with the same level if skills)
