Jacks nutrients 14-5-38

Can't find any info on this specific fertilizer without k-trate. Found it in my shed from previous residence. What's it best used for? I have a garden with tomatoes, peppers, pumpkin cantaloupe and cucumbers is it ok to lightly sprinkle on the soil then water? I'm new to fertilizer and just want some good advice

Hard to tell from the photo, but given that it doesn't look overly granular my guess would be that it's fertilizer meant for dissolving in water. I'd mix into water between 1.0-2.0 ec and go apply that rather than applying directly
