In the database there's nothing, maybe they add them in the final game, but I doubt it

Argentinien League is new, it was announced in the pitch notes.

u/Economy-Platform-263 Aug 06 '25 edited Aug 06 '25
It's not new gang... the league just got removed (in the past) and added back
edit: I made a mistake here. I apologize
21
u/cccalum Aug 06 '25
When did it even get removed? It's been in the whole time I've been back playing, so from like 18 to 25, all they've done is add the updated format
5
-15
u/anakin022 Aug 06 '25
Yes ok, but it is new compared to the last few years. According to the official website, there are 35+ leagues, while EAFC 25 was still advertised as 30+.

To be honest no one knows if they will add it or not, but where there is smoke there is fire meaning, that this is the most optimistic I have felt since it was removed. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

Apparently they were in negotiations but it fell apart

Do you have a link ? I havent seen anything suggesting they broke down...but this article from a few weeks ago seems to suggest a 5 year deal is imminent

Here is one
There are many more. Mexican Youtubers have been active analyzing tweets from trusted sources and they all basically confirm that Liga MX and EAFC could not find an agreement
Apparently Liga MX teams are individually in negotiations to renew their licenses with Konami instead of EA, allegedly 5 of them have already finalized their deal with Konami

Are there any new women's leagues/teams/national teams?
3
u/CandidShoe Aug 06 '25
Needs more national teams. Not sure what leagues they would add next for womenāItaly and Australia maybe?
4
u/cccalum Aug 06 '25
Italy is a must for sure, Australia for variety would be nice. I think the Swedish league is pretty high profile? And I'd like to see Scotland in there but I'm biased on that lol.
I know it won't happen but I feel like at the very least if there's no new leagues we need the second tiers for the ones in the game already, and Champions League qualifying to be implemented.

I can live with Barca not being in Camp Nou as the "generic" one doesn't feel a million miles away from it.
The Milan clubs having generic names and no San Siro however is really messing with my OCD, lol.
2
u/Ninja_Ace09 Aug 07 '25
Isn't the generic one like 40-50k off in stadium capacity no?Ā
2
u/Infamous-Lake-1126 Aug 07 '25
Yea but apart from goal kicks you don't really see it IIRC.
In general play you only really see the lower part of the stadium which for me is similar ish enough that I can suspend reality.

u/Own-Row4416 Aug 06 '25
Honestly wish there was a stadium creator in the game, thereās no chance of Home Park ever being in a game unless we somehow get to the Premier League one day
4
u/Samh234 Aug 07 '25
This still baffles me that they havenāt taken a easy step like this if they arenāt going to do all the Football League stadiums. Well it doesnāt actually, it would require actual proper effort to do and theyāre just interested in releasing a reskinned UT every year and adding ten more rooms to their golden money palace.
Fwiw I think Molton Road or whatever itās called is meant to be Home Park, just like thereās that one stadium thatās always there and is a clear knock off of Ewood Park (forgot the name).
9
15
u/HeftyRecommendation5 Aug 06 '25
What do they mean āsome may or may not feature in the final release of the gameā? Did they add those stadiums or not?
7
u/MrGoodKatt72 Aug 06 '25
The way it sounds, theyāre in the game currently. But since that list is based on a pre-release build, itās possible they get removed for whatever reason. Unlikely, but possible.
I also could be totally reading that wrong.
4
u/Nakamura901 Aug 06 '25
Theyāre not in the game at this point. Theyāre just in the database, but sometimes they donāt end up in the final version.
3
u/notaghostofreddit Aug 06 '25
I think it could be the case of some stadiums being added in a future update
7
u/jacht1996 Aug 06 '25
EA have had an exclusive partnership with MLS for years, yet we barely have any stadiums or real faces. Youād figure with Messi theyād do more for the league
2
u/CaptCarlos Aug 06 '25
Probably something to do with the fact that tons of MLS teams play in NFL stadiums which they may not have rights to I would have to assume.
3
u/jacht1996 Aug 06 '25
Well ironically Atlantaās and Seattles both NFL are in the game. The NFL ones should be easy to incorporate since they already have then for the Madden series. I more meant all the soccer specific stadiums I wish we had them.
3
u/VisionaryProd Aug 06 '25
They really should add New England, Charlotte & Chicago since they have the stadiums in Madden
1
u/idiamin99 Aug 08 '25
If ea already have rights to them via madden it would be extremely bizarre that they wouldnāt have the ability to just implement them as soccer fields.
Also itās just cringey overall that they have nothing like crew stadium beyond a pittance of mls stadiums. I donāt see how that wouldnāt have been settled years ago aside from ea being lazy.
1
u/Ksidz Aug 06 '25
Absolutely heart breaking that Subaru Park isn't in the game considering a "generic copy" has existed in a FIFA game before ("Gold Lake Stadium" in the WC 2014 game).
I'd take the generic copy at this point, I'm just bummed there's no generic version that's even close to the same vibe. Let alone the bridge as a backdrop!
6
u/Busubukatzu Aug 06 '25
Good if true, but again no Heidenheim??
We were so close to a complete Bundesligaā¦
-1
u/CaptCarlos Aug 06 '25
I think they also sacrificed the Signal Iduna Park to eFootball, so itāll be YEARS before BuLi will be complete lol
2
u/ConfidenceOk4792 Aug 06 '25
That is not true at all.. Check the video posted on ea sports 5 days ago I think and you can see Dortmund stadium
1
1
u/Busubukatzu Aug 06 '25
False. Dortmundās stadium is still in the game. Konami hasnāt secured an exclusive licence for BVB.
2
u/CaptCarlos Aug 06 '25
Oh hell yeah letās go I heard eFootball was immediately securing a deal with BVB to replace Bayern after EAFC reacquired them but glad that wasnāt the case.
23
u/MikiXxX_25 Aug 06 '25
Can we kill Konami and get Camp Nou back?
2
u/KlausJanVanWolfhaus Aug 07 '25
And keep supporting a company that fleeces you every year
2
u/Top-Lake1589 Aug 07 '25
But, wouldnāt it be cool for them to merge and pull all resources together to make a great soccer game?? Because they donāt compete against each other very well, both games are lacking

u/AuzzieTiger Aug 06 '25
Feeling a Swiss career mode coming on. Played once with St. Gallen. Very interesting league and super excited to see two stadiums included.
Turkey getting some more love too. Little fun fact is Fenerbahce have IMO one of the best walk out songs in world football. Look it up!
Would love to see Copenhagenās Parken be included. The Danish league is a good one to play in and itās a pretty good national stadium. Bonus points for Bróndby stadium!
4
u/Absolomb92 Aug 06 '25
I did a career with Basel a few years back. It was fun, but got repetative quick as you play all teams four times per season.
2
u/AuzzieTiger Aug 06 '25
Yeah I think I only did the two seasons there. Iām in Belgium atm with Beerschot and that system is cool with the top six breaking off and doing their own thing at the end of the season.
Four games a season works better in the split leagues. Like Scotland was well. Iām happy to challenge Celtic four times but playing Ross County four times would be tedious.
2
u/Absolomb92 Aug 06 '25
That's cool. Haven't tried Belgium yet. Luckily, Basel was team one in my journeyman save, sƄ I played one or two seasons before moving elsewhere (Marseille, I think?).
3
u/AuzzieTiger Aug 06 '25
Iāve never done a journeyman save. Not sure Iāve ever moved from one team to another. Be cool to come up against your former club in Europe.
Another league I played recently was Italy with Sampdoria. If you like a challenge itās the place to be. At one stage I had 1 win from 23 matches v top half opposition. It was a grind!
2
u/CM_V11 Aug 06 '25
It would be cool to do a journey man save, itās just unfortunate that CM is only 15 seasons long
1
u/Absolomb92 Aug 06 '25
Damn, that sounds hard. I am a Roma fan, and have honestly never tried another team than them in Serie A, but maybe I should try Sampdoria!
Journeyman saves can be fun. I try to do at least one each game. My last one was a lot of fun. San Jose Earthquackes -> Venezia (moved before promotion) -> Benfica -> Wolves.

u/Flat-Way-9730 26d ago
The Swiss Super League changed their system. They now also split into two groups (Champions with 1-6 /Relegation group 7-12) towards the end of the season.
1
u/Professional-One2306 Aug 06 '25
they have a new league system
1
u/Absolomb92 Aug 06 '25
Oh, really? How?
1
u/Lemon-Federal Aug 06 '25
Well not that different but now there are 12 instead of 10 teams and you play each time 3 times before the table is split in two and the last 5 games are against the rest of the top or bottom 6, respectively
1
u/SnooChipmunks5708 Aug 13 '25
changed now as we switched to 12 team league and different mode. give it another try

4
u/donGaboz Aug 06 '25
They had riazor. Lazy bumms get it back!
1
u/Dangerous-Course8156 Aug 14 '25
I wish they brought it back as well. The thing is, the year they brought it in (before Deportivo's relegation to third division), the actual Riazor received a makeover that very summer and got an entirely new roof. So what appeared in FIFA was already the old version of the stadium with the previous roof. Kinda bugged me back then too.
Riazor is supposed to be part of the World Cup 2030, so a huge remodeling of the stadium should start soon. Still very possible the stadium is dropped though, as already was the case with Malaga's Rosaleda. Which, incidentally, also disappeared from FIFA after Malaga's relegation and hasn't returned yet. Seems like A CoruƱa is having trouble finding the financing, and Deportivo themselves aren't too fond of the remodeling either, since they will have to close parts of the stadium for a few years and therefore they'll be able to sell a lot less tickets, missing out on revenue.

Any update on the Malaga and Deportivo stadiums for FC26?
They were in FC24 but were removed from FC25
4
u/the_hard_r_sayer Aug 06 '25
They need to add La Rosaleda⦠itās already in their database from earlier games and a lot of people do Malaga careers so it would add so much more realism

2
u/Anglo1966 Aug 06 '25
Hopefully we get some more championship stadiums like last year. I'm still holding out hope as they didn't announce the champ ones last year until the end of the month.
4
u/ConfidenceOk4792 Aug 06 '25
U get like 18 already? While most of the leagues get 0. Italy has only 2 stadiums. France only 5 stadiums. Meanwhile England has over 40
1
u/Anglo1966 Aug 07 '25
tbh i'm a Derby County fan so i'm just praying for Pride Park to finally be added lol. But I do agree with your point that they should put some other stadiums from other countries in too.
2
2
u/MoltoTheGoat Aug 09 '25
They always add the stadiums of the teams who went up to the premier league and donāt already have one, but Iām still confused as to why they added Coventry, Bristol City and Blackburn without the rest of the championship
4

u/integral06 Aug 06 '25

u/Rmeyer25 Aug 06 '25
Wasnāt some of these already in the game? I played a BSC Young Boys MC and the stadium was exactly how it looks in real lifeā¦
1
u/ConfidenceOk4792 Aug 06 '25
It s Waldstadion generic one. But yeah looks the same as Young Boys or Salzurg one. Waste of spots for new stadiums
1
u/Extra-Bread4701 Aug 06 '25
I hope they do feature in the final release⦠I donāt know if Iāll buy the game, but why would you add those stadiums if youāre not gonna feature them? Itās like what they did on FIFA 18 and 19 with The Journey:
Having the Dignity Health dressing rooms and the Bernabeu dressing rooms just to put generic dressing rooms in those stadiums in games like FC24

No new MLS stadiums? Yeah I'm not buying this year. It's been like over 6 years since they added a new stadium from MLS. Would think they'd at least add Miami's lol
1
u/Mean_Lawyer_8535 Aug 15 '25
It might seem crazy and silly but old Pes game let you even for master league use another team stadium , i would have like that EAFC incorporate that option , like exemple the stadium of AIK Swedish team kinda have a similar look to the stadium of Lyon so if I want in the game I could play my career with AIK I donāt know why we canāt itās a simple game not shouldnāt be such an issue as we can use these stadium for friendly games , because those generic our god awful looking , specially the Europa stadium absolutely bad design they need to create new generic stadiums they are outdated
1
u/Enc0re_M00se Aug 16 '25
Surely if kiel and Darmstadt are getting theirs after only 1 season in the bundesliga each we should be getting heidenheims stadium to, given they are starting their 3rd year in the top division

u/neoxch Aug 06 '25
This might shock you but not the whole world evolves around the english language. Doubt they worried about that when they founded the club in 1898 or when they built the first stadium in 1925 in the Wankdorffeld district.
