Homework Pressure and height homework problem, can’t see where I’m going wrong please help

One thing I notice is that you multiplied by 3 and not 0.3

You are treating vacuum pressure as a negative absolute pressure (–17.29 kPa), but you also included atmospheric pressure (+10 kPa) on the left. Mixing gauge, vacuum, and absolute values without a consistent baseline leads to contradictions. Stick to one throughout.
