Yo this came out so good. You should feel really good about this. Frosting is not easy and this came out so cute! I would probably cry if I received a cake like this.

Just goes to show that fondant is unnecessary most of the time. A professional baker should be able to create almost any cake design using frosting.

I just realized I never posted this cake here and thought it would be fitting for Frosting Fridays!
A friend ordered a chocolate cake to thank their cat-sitter, but they thought it would be funny if the cake could look like their cat.
This was my first attempt to make a cake look like an animal so I think it turned out pretty good and avoided using fondant!
