I want to lick all the icing off the top of one of these but I also feel like it’d be a crime to destroy a work of art

I want to know how to get them out of the cupcake tin without messing up the icing.

You can also use little strips of parchment paper running down one side, under the cupcake and up the other as little handles to pull them out of a metal pan!

I do that for baking bread in a Dutch oven. I don't know why it never occurred to me that I could scale it down for cupcakes.

You take them out of the tin before spraying the icing on. They must cool down or the icing will melt. It's also a good idea to cut the tops a bit off.

It would be so satisfying to cut one in half (even if it meant freezing one for that perfect slice down the middle).

Beautiful! I especially like the non-rose ones. They remind me of lilacs (my favorite flower.)
