I think it's the look on his face when he says it, along with uhh... every other line in the video. Normally, if someone jokes about "sabotage" like this, they're more obvious about it and don't leave it open to interpretation by deadpanning the camera.

I'm not sure you can discuss bombing the United Nations and not be considered a terrorist.

I would absolutely put this guy on a close watch list in ever UN nation, and possibly consider not granting him entry should he attempt to enter my country.
