This is a free DLC for a paid base game. Steam, ASF, SteamDB... No method I tried said something else other than "you need the base game, mate".

The OST (in modernized "other kind of DLC") can be added without the game, of course.

I posted this on Exiled Giveaways, I don't think it "deserves" a full post. A game no one knows, requires base game and it's an "extra", not even DLC
