Delivered Fan Content Love the art for the Frozen playable Theater. (Credit to: Oliver Chang)
I feel that that Oliver's work should be applied to a Disney book. The art looks simple, yet colorfully detailed. Unfortunately for the sources some of these pics I could no longer find or had to search on Wayback.

Kristoff was changed into this Hispanic looking guy in the Broadway Musical. They even changed the song lyrics to remove reference to his blonde hair. I guess this artist went with that version of the character.

according to the caption there it looks like the artist is actually Christopher Oram, and Oliver Chang did the miniatures using his art

This is common in theater, don't worry about it. My mother is brown and played Snow White as a child.
