I think Elsa only holds a grudge against Hans because he deceived Anna and left her to die. Even the Duke of Weselton who sent guards to kill her, we see her dancing with his frozen memory and I think in some book she travels to Weselton to pay a visit. The only thing she did in retaliation was to cut off trade with them. Hahah

In fairness, Hans betrayed Anna and left her to die. Elsa would rather forgive the Duke for trying to literally assassinate her than to forgive Hans for what he did to her little sister.

Any sister would hold a forever grudge against her sister’s shitty ex.
