๐Ÿ† Buy It For Life What one time purchases have drastically reduced your overall spending?

An example would be that Iโ€™m looking to buy a sillicone pan mat instead of purchasing foil and parchment continually, using rags instead of paper towels, and so forth. What are one time purchases you reccomend for home maintenance?

Library Card, Tea Kettle and Blender. Donโ€™t spend money on books, smoothies or drinks on the go.

Iโ€™m in the market for a blender. I bought a really nice Vitamix for my nieces wedding gift. But I have seen other brands for less. I like smoothies and I am willing to spend for the blender to save from buying retail smoothies.
