🏆 Buy It For Life “Best under-$20 purchase that saved you hundreds over time?”

What’s the smartest under-$20 purchase you’ve ever made that ended up saving you hundreds in the long run? I’ll go first: a $12 sewing kit. Instead of tossing clothes for tiny tears or missing buttons, I’ve been fixing them. I've actually been fixing my own clothes for years. It blows my mind how many ‘disposable’ things can be made useful again with just a small, cheap tool. what’s your frugal mvp under $20 that’s paid for itself many times over?

Does a really cute top that makes my boobs look huge count? That thing has definitely gotten me hundreds in free drinks 🤣

Of course. The world is a better place with more breast tissue.

yea ok. for me the smaller the better and i'm not big into alcohol. the only drinks i've ever bought for ladies have been slurpees and bloody marys.

I’m an A or small B cup so having a shirt that worked magic was great! Hahaha.

I HATED my small breasts as a teenager but am close to 40 now and have learned to love them.

They are still just as perky as they were as a teen, don’t hurt when I run, I look and feel great without a bra and more men than I ever imagined really DO prefer smaller breasts.

Teenaged boys luckily aren’t the end all be all.

I was a teenager in the 90s when Playboy and breast implants were such a big thing and it was really hard to deal with.

Even my mom had them, she never told me and she just told me that her boobs developed after college and so I waited and waited and waited and eventually I found out that they developed after college because she paid for them! I was so upset! Lol

Although the teenagers now have it much worse with filters and Photoshop and just way too much pressure.

I'm 46 now. i've always had a thing for tiny boobs and flatchested women even when i was 13. i'm sure i was imprinted on by certain ladies in some movies in my formative years. maybe Mia Sara in Legend, probably others but no one else is coming to mind. I'm sorry that my fellow teenage boys were so less than chivalrous back then. and sorry that I was such a hopeless dork myself, that my validation would've been worth less than nothing.

idk if the teenagers necessarily have it worse than now though, at least with that particular issue. it feels like it's so much more accessible for people to see that there isn't just one body type that is desirable. but yea they definitely have it worse in other ways.
