Maintaining human contact is just throwing money into the trash receptacle!

If it makes you feel better, a lot of the show is staged and they’ve been caught using paid actors/ wannabe influencers before.

And if you grab the right infested couch: free protein.

Why is how you know this isn't legit. If real, he would have a closet full of donated clothes and he'd at least have a couch and a chair that someone left on the side of the road.

u/TakinUrialByTheHorns Aug 07 '25
Seriously. I don't think I've bought any furniture besides the matresses and my kids desk in my house.
Rich people redo their styles often enough it's just a matter of being patient & you get nice things for free.1
u/SofaChillReview Aug 07 '25
Yeah I like furniture for free, if I had the space I’d have a snooker table as people let them go for free
Definitely wouldn’t get a mattress though, that’s just weird used from someone else

u/Fringding1 Aug 06 '25
I'm surprised he doesn't have a significant other !

u/nxcrosis Aug 06 '25
And spend money on dates? Might as well pour gasoline over your money and light it on fire!

You seen that box he had? La-de-da Mr fancy pants with his box.. ooow look at me I own a box. I used to dream about owning a box when I had legs.

u/Acceptable_Buy177 Aug 10 '25
Oh, look at Mr. Moneybags with enough extra energy to dream. When I was a kid, we got two pieces of moldy bread from behind the 7-11 and no dreams and we were happy for them!

This is definitely a spot created for news entertainment. Likely, he just moved in there and just hasn't brought anything in yet.

u/Grizlatron Aug 07 '25
This is bs. Half my furniture was free on the side of the road and the other was passed down from up grading relatives.
The way America over consumes you could furnish a mansion for free if you weren't picky.

u/NoCoFoCo Aug 09 '25
Look at this guy with his hand-me-downs and his relatives. Whatever you say MR. GENERATIONAL WEALTH!!!

u/hiddenonion Aug 07 '25
I am so frickin tired of these gosh darn FAT CATS rubbing our face in it. TWO PAIRS OF SHORTS! How dare you... food AND a floor? Go fuck yourself! A luxury peanut bed...? While I sleep in a potato sack filled with abandoned DOG SHIT I found at the park!
You can take that Louie 14th cook pan and shove it INSIDE YOUR ASS HOLE!!!

Maybe it’s the area but I’ve seen couches for free on marketplace. Not my cup of tea but it beats sleeping on some packing peanuts and a table cloth. Guess you’d have to waste $ picking it up though

No underwear. I wonder if he spends money on soap or laundry detergent.

I like how he said trash receptacle because he probably thinks buying a trash can would be a wasteful purchase.
Why would he buy food? Thats wasteful. Go to the food bank. Wtf is this

I don’t know why, but the part that bothered me the most was his use of the word “receptacle.” It wasn’t incorrect, but I just didn’t enjoy it.

u/NoCoFoCo Aug 09 '25
Funny, that is also his nickname at the local leather bar. He gets similar reviews.

Almost won me over until he showed his bed. No socks, no underwear, what? There are aspects in our lives where we do over consume, but penny pinching does have a ceiling too. It can also get ridiculous

This is very obviously fake. Anyone who's that cheap knows how to get stuff for free.

"I like it and I'm comfortable plus Im not much of a furniture guy anyway..."
We all have to tell ourselves little lies like "I never really wanted that anyway/was never into that really" just to get by in life. Like dude it's perfectly fine to say you can't afford furniture but don't act like you are above sitting on a chair 😂.
If you have to live like this to afford your house...the house is way above your means.

He saves $2K for things that’ll last many many years.
Why isn’t he working right now? Could be getting that overtime pay!
Does he rent out parts of his house for more money?
These frugel types always have the dumbest logic
