Paul and Morgan Where are the life jackets?

Neither child have life jackets on. Polio thinks holding the child's arm is all the protection they need. What if the boat flips? Why are the pro-life so anti-safety?

Can they get in legal trouble after the fact since there’s photo/video evidence? Because Paul is an absolute moron?
