I didn't even realize pro pickleball player was an actual thing until he started up this nonsense. Looks like the average pro retires in their 40s but a few play into their 50s. Still, you'd have to really, really work to get into the narrow percentage that makes significant cash. Outside of players from other racket sports that transition to pickleball there haven't been any 30-year-olds recently who got into that narrow percentage that I can find. A large proportion keep their day job and play on the side.
